Newmarket Chamber Chair Addresses Federal Pre-Budget Consultations on Business Tax Reductions.
Chamber Chair, Sara Jane Doner, recently added the support of the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce to the calls for the federal government to maintain announced business tax reductions. In a Pre-Budget Consultation organized by Newmarket-Aurora MP Lois Brown, Ms. Doner underscored the need to ensure a supportive environment for ongoing business investment to protect the economic recovery. The Canadian Chamber of Commerce has provided a letter template for businesses and Chamber members to download, and calls for people to voice their support for maintaining business tax reductions.
