A serial entrepreneur, Jim has recently acquired ET Group.  For more than 30 years, ET Group has been a leader in the Audio Visual Integration industry. Focused on Corporate business, ET provides corporate communications infrastructure environments through custom design/build Boardrooms, Video Conferencing solutions and Digital Signage applications throughout Canada, the U.S. and abroad.

Before this Jim's most recent project was building a 20 million litre, biodiesel production plant in the middle of the GTA.

 With more than 20 years of experience in building corporate and entrepreneurial organizations in the high tech sector, Jim  has a proven track record for developing customer service-based, winning strategies. In previous engagements, Jim held various positions as President & CEO at Armor Technologies, Vice President of Sales for Compugen Services, and owner of several small businesses. He has also served as an independent consultant, business coach and industry mentor.

Jim Gragtmans holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wilfred Laurier University. He is actively involved in his community as the Chair for the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce and also sits on the Newmarket Economic Development Advisory Committee (NEDAC).
